Welcome to
Project 10-4

At Project 10-4, we believe that first responders and veterans deserve access to quality mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Our mission is to provide financial support through grants, ensuring that those who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving others can receive the care they need.

Supporting Those Who Serve Us

First responders and veterans face unique challenges, often putting their own well-being on the line to help others. Unfortunately, financial barriers can prevent them from accessing critical mental health and recovery resources. Project 10-4 is here to change that—one grant at a time.

We also provide education and awareness for mental health within the first responder and veteran community and offer peer-to-peer support, along with speaking events to promote open discussions about mental wellness.

We partner with trusted treatment centers to connect first responders and veterans with the care they need. Our grants help cover the cost of mental health and substance use disorder recovery programs, removing financial obstacles so they can focus on healing. Financial assistance can range from inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy to potential help with medication.
